Do you Deliver to my area?

We deliver to central Auckland, East Auckland, west Auckland, South Auckland, and north shore, 4km north of the harbor bridge. outside of these areas by arrangement

How much is delivery?

it is $150 for standard and large cabins, and $200 for our extra large, this includes pick up when your sleep out is due to be returned, as long as your site meets with our access requirements.

What are the access requirements?

Generally if you can drive small truck to the position you would like the sleepout placed, and there are no overhead obstruction i.e power lines, then we should be able to deliver,  we will do a site inspection to determine if delivery will be possible, this will be a free service. all our sleepouts come on wheels

How do I rent a sleepout?

call our friendly and helpful team for fast and efficient service or email us at kiwisleepoutsnz@gmail.com, and we will send you out a rental contract, please read though the rental contract and sign and return to us. the initial cost is to be paid before delivery, the initial fee includes the first weeks rent in advance, delivery fee and Bond. We will then deliver a sleep out to you on a day that is convenient with you. Subject to availability.

Is a bond required?

Yes, the bond is $150 and will be refunded at the end of the rental contract as long as the cabin is returned in good clean condition with no damage.   

How do I pay rent on the sleepout?

After the initial payment, you will need to set up an automatic payment with your bank to pay the rent in advance, you can choose to pay-weekly- two weekly- or 4 weekly, as long as the rent is paid in advance. 

What is the minimum rental period?

6 months, if at the end of 6 months if you wish to continue to rent the sleepout we can extend the rental contract

Can I rent a cabin if I live in a rental property

Yes, you can as long as you get permission from your landlord in writing

How do I connect power?

we provide a special 15 meter power lead, one end plugs into the sleepout, with a specialized outdoor plug and the other end plugs into an ordinary nz standard plug in your garage or house
